Salesforce Assessment

An independent review of your Salesforce platform, shaped around your priorities.

Most assessments hand you a long report and leave you to work out what to do with it. Ours works differently. We start by asking for the five questions you most want answered, then shape the whole review around them. You get a clear picture of where you stand, the risks that matter rated by impact, and a prioritised plan tailored to your situation.

Two to three weeks. Independent throughout.

This is for you if…

Most teams call us at one of four moments

You will probably recognise one of these.

You have just inherited the platform

A new role, a new leadership team, or both. Someone else built it and now it is yours. Before you set long term priorities and commit investment, you want an honest, independent picture of what you have actually taken on.

Every release is getting harder

The platform works, but each change takes longer, needs deeper investigation, and pulls in your most senior people. The same issues keep coming back. The return on every new investment is quietly shrinking.

You are about to invest in something new

A new journey, a new cloud, a major business change. Before you commit, you want to know the technical dependencies and risks that could slow delivery, move go live dates, or cost more to work around later.

You want to be audit ready

An audit is coming and you want to find and fix compliance gaps on your own terms, not under pressure from an auditor. Worth doing whether you went live last month or five years ago.

What we review

We look at the whole platform, and the team around it

The same areas, reviewed the same way, every time, with a deeper investigation into the areas that match your priorities. So you get a complete picture rather than a guess at where the problem might be.

Architecture and technical debt

How the org is built, and what is making change harder than it should be.

Data

Duplicate records, quality, ownership, and whether you can trust your reporting.

Delivery and DevOps

How change gets from idea to production, and whether it gets there safely.

Governance

The standards and controls that keep delivery consistent as more people and partners touch the platform.

Security

Sharing, permissions, and the controls a regulated firm cannot leave behind.

Process and operations

How the team works day to day, and why support keeps winning over building.

Readiness for what is next

Whether the foundations will hold the AI and automation you want to build on top.

What you walk away with

A clear picture, and a plan you can act on

When we finish, you get an independent view of your platform written in plain language. Your five questions answered directly, not buried in an appendix. Not a list of everything that could ever be improved, but the risks that actually matter, rated by impact, and a prioritised plan tailored to your situation.

It is something you can act on yourself, hand to your team, or take to your board. Either way, you stop guessing.

Your priorities, answered

The five questions you asked at the start, answered clearly.

Risks that matter

Rated by impact, so the big ones stand out.

A prioritised plan

Recommendations in the order that makes sense for you.

Plain language

Act on it yourself, hand it to your team, or take it to your board.

How it works

Two to three weeks, alongside your team

We run the assessment over two to three weeks, working alongside your team. It includes two workshops where we dig into the platform with the people who know it best.

The method is the same whether it is a CPQ build, a Financial Services Cloud platform or a custom org. You stay close to the work throughout, so nothing in the report is a surprise.

01

You set the priorities

Tell us the five things you most want answered. They shape the depth of the review.

02

We review

The whole platform, alongside the people who know it best, with a zoomed in investigation of your priority areas.

03

We score and log

Every issue rated by impact and captured with context, not just a headline.

04

We walk you through it

A final session on the findings and the plan, so nothing lands cold.

We do this work in regulated, complex environments every day. Banking, insurance, wealth and fintech. We know where Salesforce products are strong, where they are still maturing, and where the real risks hide in regulated builds. You get an opinion shaped by having seen this before, many times.
